Project: Develop a marketing piece to promote PDC’s Economic Development programs to businesses.

This two-color design maintains the look of PDC’s latest 'family' approach to marketing pieces, which began with a full-color downtown Portland marketing brochure, with die-cut, but was later modified to accommodate a smaller budget.
